Approval was recom- <br />mended of full payment of $62,000 to the 951 Hanley Partners as the City'S <br />share for sidewalks, traffic signals, tree planting, and river widening at <br />the University Place development. All work has been accomplished by the de- <br />veloper in accordance with City specifications. <br /> <br />SettineJ Public HearineJ - Rezoninq Fonner Mercy Hicm School site to General <br />Commercial (#2). Although the Plan COmmission voted against this proposed <br />rezoning, the applicant requests a public hearing. If the hearing is to be <br />held, it should be on April 1st at 7:30 p.m. since there is not sufficient <br />time to give the required public notice for the March 11 meeting. <br /> <br />Bids for Closed circuit TV/Audio Intercom System (#3).
