'!he first step is to award an en- <br />gineerirg design contract, am it is believed that federal furrls administered <br />by the Missouri Highway am Transportation Department will be available for <br />80% of the cost. It is proposed that Booker Associates be awarded the engi- <br />neerirg services contract, subject to Council approval am state authoriza- <br />tion. '!he cost is estimated at $34,000, with the local share to be 20%. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams IlDVed approval. In response to Mrs. '!hanpson, Mr. Yeung said Mr. Olu would canply with <br />all requirements, but could not control the park:in3' corrlitions. Mayor Majer- <br />us clarified that other tenants use the park:in3' lot. <br /> <br />Mrs. June Goldman, 1215 Mt. Olive, said she lives behi.rrl the proposed restau- <br />rant, am the park:in3' lot referred to is used by patrons of Mt. Olive Tavern. <br />
