'!he :rrotion failed three to two. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoamer noved acceptance of the coooitions proposed by the Plan commis- <br />sion, with two additional ame.rrlments-providing for a six-nonth trial Period, <br />and no outdoor sales on the property. Mr. Price secoooed the notion, and <br />asked if an anerrlment would be required to alla;,.,r outdoor sales such as the <br />OrristJnas trees that have been sold in the past (by the property a;,.,rner, not <br />Mr. Bell). Mr. Ollernorff said that was correct-city ordinances alla;,.,r no <br />outdoor sales unless Council approves and a SPeCial permit is obtained.
