To minimize <br />down time, work will be done from '!hursday noon to SUnday, requiring two days <br />of overtime. Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IANLSC'APING - 6985 OLIVE EOULEVARD <br /> <br />'!he City Manager said when Council approved plans for the U City Bar-B~el' <br />it was stipulated that the project be corrpleted by January 15, and the land- <br />scaping done "promptly. II '!he applicant is ncM requesting a 60-day extension <br />to obtain financing for the landscaping. Mr. Ollendorff said the applicant <br />should also advise the Council if he accepts all the staff-suggested changes <br />in the landscape plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked what has been done on the site, and Mr. Ollendorff said the <br />owner has removed the asphalt where the landscaping is to be placed. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner asked if this was the first extension, and Mr. Ollendorff said it <br />was the first official extension. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer asked if a good faith effort was being made to meet the other <br />conditions, and Mr. Ollendorff said it was. Mr. Schoomer then moved approval <br />of the 60-daY extension. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br />
