To identify possible sites for scattered parking areas <br />. To offer ideas of how to group this area into interesting sections <br />. To develop entrance ideas & focal point options (Signage /banners/ <br />awnings/ coordinated colors etc.) <br /> <br />3. Conduct Area Workshops <br />· To invite commercial property owners and businesses to several <br />workshops to enlarge and validate vision <br /> <br />4. Investigate the possibility and benefits of establishing: <br />· A Special Business District - Loop District has proven this to be a <br />retention and attraction tool through monthly newsletter, district <br />brochure, district events. <br />· A Tax Increment Financing District (can assist in land assemblage <br />and infrastructure) <br /> <br />5.
