He understands the resident’s frustration in not feeling as if their needs are not <br />being addressed. He said that hopefully, the Council may have more leverage to do <br />something about this kind of thing in the future. He doesn’t see that now or a way out. <br />He hoped that the residents could understand the Council’s position, by putting <br />themselves into the Council’s positions. Regardless of the legal responsibilities that the <br />Council must adhere to, he supports the neighbor’s positions. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked if there was a second to the motion. Ms. Welsch seconded the <br />motion. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe <br />and Mayor Adams; NAYS: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt. The adoption passed five to two <br />and Bill Number 8756 became Ordinance 6526. <br /> <br />2.
