Regular meeting <br />June 6, 2005 <br /> <br />received: <br /> Trade-In Total <br />Braun Ambulance........................$5,000.00 $145,254.00 <br />Foster Coach Sales.......................$3,000.00 $136,518.00 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends purchase of the ambulance from Foster Coach Sales in the amount <br />of $136,518 based on price and meeting specifications. Upon delivery we will take bids for sale <br />of the old ambulance which is valued at more than the trade in price. <br /> <br />Item #4 - Sidewalks and Curbs at Various Locations <br /> <br />The tabulation of bid proposals for the above named project is as follows: <br /> <br /> Midwest Mudjacking & Construction Co., Inc. ..........$426,278.80 <br /> R.V. Wagner, Inc.............................................$461,713.00 <br /> J.M. Marschuetz..............................................$465,965.33 <br /> Engineers Estimate ......................................... $470,458.00 <br /> <br />Funding for this project is from FY 05-06 General Revenue Funds. Contract and work <br />will begin after July 1, 2005. Mr. Ollendorff recommends that this project be awarded to <br />Midwest Mudjacking & Construction Co., Inc. for their low bid of $426,278.80. <br /> <br />Item #5: Street Maintenance Cracksealing <br /> <br />The tabulation of bid proposals for the above named project is as follows: <br /> <br /> B & D Pavement Maintenance ........................$38,400.00 <br /> X-L Contracting Inc. ........................................$38,760.00 <br /> Engineers Estimate .........................................$48,000.00 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends that this project be awarded to B & D Pavement <br />Maintenance for their low bid of $38,400. The project is funded by City funds for the FY <br />05-06 budget year. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the consent calendar. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA #2 - 8200 Delmar – Beer and Wine Package Sales License <br /> <br />An application has been revised and resubmitted to sell beer and wine only by the <br />package at retail at a religious store on Delmar at Old Bonhomme. The organization is <br />primarily educational in nature established to meet Jewish community needs including <br />books and other religious items.
