Regular meeting <br />June 6, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA # 6: 8627 Olive - Market Site Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends approval of a site plan for the Market at 8627 Olive wherein <br />alcoholic beverage sales area is limited to 24 square feet of shelving so as to ensure <br />that the store is predominately available for display and sale of food products including <br />all other limiting conditions stated in the application dated May 2, 2005. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch moved approval. Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA # 7: Liquor License – 8627 Olive <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends approval of a license to sell alcoholic beverages by the <br />package at retail at 8627 Olive based on the application and representations by the <br />applicant Tammey Romer. Any changes in the operation of this business contrary to <br />the site plan and representations connected with the application will be deemed <br />adequate reason to deny annual renewal of this license. Applicant has demonstrated <br />excellent ability to control the sale of alcoholic beverages through her operation of an <br />adjacent restaurant. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA # 8: Annual Budget Adoption <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends adoption of the 2005-2006 Budget with the following <br />changes: <br /> <br />B-7 640.07 Yard Waste revenue - 1,500 <br /> 640.15 Rec Facility revenue (scholarships) - 50,000 <br />C-4 721.10 Loop flowers one-time grant + 1,400 <br /> 721.10 Personnel Search Consultant + 60,000 <br /> 722.03 Council postage + 3,500 <br />C-10 726.32 Move Cadet funds to Police - 6,800 <br />C-26 721.10 Centennial celebration + 20,000 <br />C-30 728.06 Cadet training + 6,800 <br />C-36 749.98 Fire Equipment Reserve + 50,000 <br /> 742.01 Main Station Upgrade Analysis + 10,000 <br />C-70 729.02 Extermination + 1,000 <br />C-74 711.11 Aquatics Employee Pay + 20,000 <br /> 713.00 Part time pay +130,000 <br /> 714.00 Overtime + 12,000 <br /> 721.10 Outside Personnel - 200,000 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />
