Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot requested adding $1,000 more to the Senior Outreach program. Their contract <br />is very small to begin with and she would like to award them a little more. Mr. Ollendorff <br />suggested that the Council adopt the budget with the additional $1,000 as requested by <br />Ms. Brot. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt asked about the Council postage of $3500. Mr. Ollendorff said it was <br />included, but Council still needs to come up with appropriate rules. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said that Council had requested, during the budget study sessions, a new <br />message board for installation at Midland and Balson. He inquired if this was in the <br />budget. Mr. Ollendorff responded that this would be purchased in this current budget <br />year. <br /> <br />The motion to adopt, with the additional $1,000, carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams officially announced the summer wardrobe season for the Council. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Forsythe, the City Clerk, administered the oath of office to Marla E. Roach – <br />CALOP. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams thanked Ms. Roach for her willingness to donate her valuable time <br />serving on CALOP.
