<br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Ted Luby, 8032 Teasdale <br />Mr. Luby asked to see a copy of Judge Limbaugh letter of opinion and if not <br />why. Mayor Adams stated he would answer the question later. Mr. Luby asked <br />if he was refusing to answer and Mayor stated that he could ask his questions <br />and get a response later. Mr. Luby asked if that letter will not be made public. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams acknowledged that Ms. Ricci had requested to speak but he <br />stated that the Call For The Question meant you had to move into the vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price and Mayor <br />Adams. <br />NAYS: Ms. Ricci <br />Bill 9045 became Ordinance 6790 <br /> <br />BILL 9046 <br /> - An ordinance fixing the compensation to be paid to city officials and <br />employees as enumerated herein from and after its passage, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 6784. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Price. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked the City Manager if there were any classification changes in this <br />ordinance that were not otherwise approved by the Civil Service Board. The City <br />Manager said no. Ms. Ricci asked if the Civil Service Board had approved all <br />classification changes and asked if there was a formal vote and record of this. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert stated that this is similar to the pond issue lack of a recommendation <br />from the Parks’ Commission nor was there anything from the Civil Service <br />Board’s approval in the packet for this meeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked the City Manager stating that the ordinance referenced the <br />Administrative Rules, and asked if there were any changes since September <br />2008 copy of which she has. Ms. Feier stated that she could not confirm it at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price, and Mayor Adams. <br />NAYS: Mr. Glickert and Ms. Ricci <br />Bill 9046 became Ordinance 6791 <br /> <br />BILL 9047 <br /> - An ordinance authorizing the remise, release and quitclaim of a tract <br />of land being part of lot 6 or Barby Lane to Charles Deutsch and Company <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci stated that the City is turning over attractive land to a private citizen for <br />$10. She was seeking assurance from the City Manager that this has been <br />approved by Community Development. Ms. Feier stated that it went before the <br />Public Works Director and the Community Development Director and the <br /> <br />
