Many people are not even aware that <br />the firehouse is temporarily housed at this location. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams said for the record that East West Gateway recognized our city manager, <br />Mr. Ollendorff, for 2005 Local Government Achievement Award. <br /> <br /> <br />LEGISLATIVE DOCKET <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS: <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8822 - APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF 7579 <br />1. <br />– 7585 OLIVE BY THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> <br /> Held Over <br /> <br />BILL NO.8824 - AMENDING CHAPTER 2.64 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />2. <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE NONUNIFORMED EMPLOYEES <br />RETIREMENT SYSTEM, BY REPEALING SECTION 2.64.090 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO NORMAL SERVICE RETIREMENT, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br />THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS “SECTION 2.64.090 NORMAL <br />SERVICE RETIREMENT,” THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO <br />INCREASE THE PENSION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO TERMINATED ON OR <br />AFTER JANUARY 1, 2005 OR JANUARY 1, 2006. <br /> <br />Held Over <br /> <br />3.
