BILL NO.8824 - AMENDING CHAPTER 2.64 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE NONUNIFORMED EMPLOYEES <br />RETIREMENT SYSTEM, BY REPEALING SECTION 2.64.090 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO NORMAL SERVICE RETIREMENT, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br />THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS “SECTION 2.64.090 NORMAL <br />SERVICE RETIREMENT,” THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO <br />INCREASE THE PENSION OF PARTICIPANTS WHO TERMINATED ON OR <br />AFTER JANUARY 1, 2005 OR JANUARY 1, 2006. <br /> <br />This Bill has been tabled for the required Missouri ‘s forty-five day waiting period. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe introduced <br />1.
