<br />Regular meeting <br />January 30, 2006 <br /> <br />annually. He felt that the City's priority would be for two large and costly infrastructure <br />projects: streetscape lighting on Delmar and on Olive. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt made a motion to accept and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA #5 - Site Plan 900 - 910 McKnight Condominium Building <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommended approval of site plan to construct two buildings at the <br />northeast corner of Berick and McKnight that consisted of 18 garden apartment units to <br />be converted into condominiums. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. motioned for approval and was seconded by Ms. Welsch. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt asked Mr. Ollendorff for clarification on setbacks as the drawings available <br />to her were not descriptive enough. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch asked Mr. Ollendorff to report back to the Council about any articles or <br />findings on the future of condominiums. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM # 6 - Request for Permit to Solicit - Fund for Public Interest Research <br />Plan was to canvas the Loop from January 31, 2006, through February 21, 2006, on <br />behalf of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). They will collect financial contributions, <br />petition signatures, and recruit members. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch asked representatives about the larger than normal percentage of <br />administrative cost. <br /> <br />Representatives said that it was estimated a little higher to be sure to cover cost of <br />hand-out literature and t-shirts. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt and Mayor Adams complemented the organization for their work and knew <br />how hard it was to get funding support. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch motioned for approval and was seconded by Ms. Brot. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM # 7 - 8660-8666 Barby Lane Conditional Use Temporary Parking <br />Mr. Ollendorff agreed with the Plan Commission that this property be used as temporary <br />Page 8 <br />
