The process for adopting this updated <br />development code is the same as for zoning ordinance changes. <br /> <br />#4 - Annual Concrete Sidewalk & Curb Repair Contract: The tabulation of bid <br />proposals is as follows: <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />D. Mr. Ollendorff <br />recommends accepting D. Bennish Construction's low bid of $103,112.90. <br /> <br />#5- Zoning Ordinance Public Hearing: Mr. Ollendorff said that another public <br />hearing on the proposed new zoning code should be set for 7:30 p.m. on November <br />24, 1997 in these Council Chambers. There will be an informal Public hearing as <br />advertised at today's meeting, however, a full fifteen day notice is required for the <br />official public hearing. Citizen comments are welcome on both occasions and will <br />be made part of the record and given consideration by the City Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Ware moved adoption of the consent calendar. Mr. Sharpe seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously, <br /> <br /> <br />
