There has been no mention of noise and light screening from the new addition or <br /> the innerbelt. <br />The Mayor ordered this letter to be permanently added to the minutes in its entirety. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said that he has looked into Ms. Katz's complaints, as far as the legal <br />aspects are concerned. He is convinced that there has been no illegalities in this <br />process. Mr. Wagner said that he would comment further on Ms. Katz's letter after the <br />City Clerk's docket later in the meeting. <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the public hearing closed at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />AGENDA #2: CONDITIONAL USE - 7555 OLIVE: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff reported that a conditional use permit is presented to Council for approval <br />for 7555 Olive, which used to be Pier 75. It is about to reopen as a restaurant and <br />lounge. The Plat Commission reviewed the conditions and also recommends approval. <br />The conditions are as follows: <br /> <br />Signs on the premises shall conform in all respects with the provisions of the <br />University City Sign Code. <br />The operator of the restaurant shall regularly police the site and the area <br />adjacent to the restaurant to remove litter and debris. <br />Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all times. <br />Adequate 'efuse disposal shall be provided by and for the business. The refuse <br />containers and surroundings shall be maintained in a clean condition. <br />An exhaust system shall be installed and/or other means shall be taken to <br />prevent any food preparation odors or cooking odors from being perceptible <br />beyond the lot lines of the property on which the restaurant is located. The <br />exhaust system shall be maintained in a clean condition by regularly scheduled <br />cleaning o'~: the system. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel asked Mr. Ollendorff if the previous problems with the corporation papers <br />had been resolved. Mr. Ollendorff referred the question to Assistant City Manager <br />Gregory Rose, who came forward to speak to this question. <br /> <br />Mr. Rose said that all of the paperwork had been submitted. At one point, the City staff <br />had asked for revenue reports, and that was not done, because the reports had not <br /> <br /> <br />
