NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />BILLS <br />Mr. Sharpe introduced <br />1. <br />BILL 9084 – An ordinance approving a settlement agreement with T-Mobile <br /> <br />N. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Gregory Pace, 7171 Westmoreland <br />Mr. Pace questioned Council’s use of their Study Sessions. He noted that according to Council <br />Rules of Order and Procedure Section II, Rule 8, should allow citizen participation. Mr. Pace <br />would like to see the rule enforced. He also noted that in the last study session he attended the <br />Interim City Manager interrupted the proceeding on more than one occasion to interject. Mr. <br />Pace stated the City Manager is not a member of the Council and should not be allowed in <br />interrupt or interject in the proceedings. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
