<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Welsch <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9081 carried and became Ordinance 6821. <br /> <br />2. <br />BILL 9082 - An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known <br />as Rosedale Heights subdivision of part of lots 30 and 31, located at 6647 and 6651 <br />Washington Avenue. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved Bill 9082 for approval and was seconded by Mr. Crow <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Ms. Ricci, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price and Mayor <br />Welsch <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9082 carried and became Ordinance 6822. <br /> <br />3. <br />BILL 9083 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of University City Municipal Code, <br />relating to garbage collection and disposal, by repealing Section 8.12.210 thereof, relating <br />to the penalty for delinquent solid waste collection bills, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as “Section 8.12.210 delinquent fees; penalty”, thereby amending said <br />section so as to reduce the initial penalty from ten percent (10%) to five percent (5%), and <br />reduce the monthly penalty thereafter from five percent (5%) to two and one-half percent (2- <br />1/2%); containing a savings clause and providing a penalty <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved Bill 9083 for approval and was seconded by Ms. Ricci. <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci and Mayor <br />Welsch <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9083 carried and became Ordinance 6823. <br /> <br />M. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />BILLS <br />Mr. Sharpe introduced <br />1. <br />BILL 9084 – An ordinance approving a settlement agreement with T-Mobile <br /> <br />N. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Gregory Pace, 7171 Westmoreland <br />Mr. Pace questioned Council’s use of their Study Sessions. He noted that according to Council <br />Rules of Order and Procedure Section II, Rule 8, should allow citizen participation. Mr. Pace <br />would like to see the rule enforced. He also noted that in the last study session he attended the <br />Interim City Manager interrupted the proceeding on more than one occasion to interject. Mr. <br />Pace stated the City Manager is not a member of the Council and should not be allowed in <br />interrupt or interject in the proceedings. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
