Mr. Schoomer seconded <br /> the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Lieberman, <br /> Adams, Metcalfe, Levy, Schoomer, Thompson and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: None. <br /> BILLS FOR SECOND READING <br /> <br /> BILL NO. 7552 - VACATING A PORTION OF FOREST PARK AVENUE, A DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> IN CUNNINGHAM INDUSTRIAL PARK, BUT RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS. <br /> Bill No. 7552 was given its second reading. <br /> Bill No. 7552 was given its third reading. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Thompson moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Mr. Levy seconded <br /> the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmem- <br /> bers Adams, Metcalfe, Levy, Schoomer, Thompson, Lieberman and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: <br /> None. Bill No. 7552 became Ordinance No. 5348. <br /> BILL NO. 7553 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ST. LOU- <br /> IS COUNTY UNDER TITLE II-B OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT OF 1973, <br /> AS AMENDED. <br /> Bill No. 7553 was given its second reading. <br /> <br /> Bill No. 7553 was given its third reading. <br /> Mr. Schoomer moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance.
