_ Session 1317, Minutes Page 9 October 25, 1982 POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT The Police Department report for the period of August 22, 1982 through September 25, 1982 was received and ordered filed. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mr. Lieberman moved that an executive session of the Council be held at the conclu- sion of the meeting to discuss personnel and legal matters. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Lieberman, Adams, Metcalfe, Levy, Schoomer, Thompson and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: None. BILLS FOR SECOND READING BILL NO. 7552 - VACATING A PORTION OF FOREST PARK AVENUE, A DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY IN CUNNINGHAM INDUSTRIAL PARK, BUT RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS. Bill No. 7552 was given its second reading. Bill No. 7552 was given its third reading. Mrs. Thompson moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Mr. Levy seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmem- bers Adams, Metcalfe, Levy, Schoomer, Thompson, Lieberman and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: None. Bill No. 7552 became Ordinance No. 5348. BILL NO. 7553 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ST. LOU- IS COUNTY UNDER TITLE II-B OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT OF 1973, AS AMENDED. Bill No. 7553 was given its second reading. Bill No. 7553 was given its third reading. Mr. Schoomer moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Mr. Levy seconded the motion.
