Mr. Glickert said he remembers that Mr. Price had a question concerning employment in a <br />particular division of the City and “He happened to bring his budget book and opened it up, <br />got up and slid over to show him where it was at.” He stated that most people know that it is <br />not his nature to holler and to throw stuff, especially to Mr. Price. Mr. Glickert stated that the <br />minutes should stand. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci said she did not recall Mr. Price’s statement. She said she had no objection to Mr. <br />Price putting in the minutes as he recalled as according to Mr. Price “x” happened but said <br />the time to raise it would have been last week at the meeting instead of now on the dais. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow noted on page thirteen asked the under his statement that thousand be added <br />behind 79 and 103. He said on page 18 a correction to change her to here under Mr. <br />Price’s statement. He said that seventeen of his questions from this meeting still remained <br />unanswered. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved to approve the amended minutes, seconded by Ms. Ricci and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br />February 14, 2011, Regular City Council Session minutes were moved for approval, <br />seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked to amend the statement that he went to stand up. He said it was false and <br />erroneous and moved that it be removed. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow stated that he does not remember Mr. Price going to stand up and the minutes <br />were incorrect. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft asked if it could be amended that there is a difference of opinion as to whether or <br />not Mr. Price stood up. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci stated she was sitting right next to Mr. Price and said he definitely stood up. She <br />would have no problem putting that in the minutes, “Mr. Price states he did not x,” but he <br />definitely did stand up. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe said he is sitting right in front of Mr. Price and said he made no effort to stand <br />up. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said Mr. Sharpe can verify this that the only person that has stood up in this <br />chambers was Ms. Ricci. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft called for a Point of Order. <br /> <br />Mr. Price started a statement saying Mr. Kraft and A Point of Order was called by Mr. Kraft <br />stating that you cannot address another Council person, as the agenda item under <br />discussion was the minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Price said he was clarifying for the Chair that when he is talking does anyone have the <br />right to interrupt him as when he interrupts someone, he is out of order. He asked if Mr. <br />Kraft can continue to interrupt him. Mr. Kraft called for another Point of Order stating the <br />function was the minutes. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
