Session 1744 January 25, 1999 BOARDS AND COMMISSION LIAISON REPORTS: Mr. Munkel called .a point of order, noting that the Mayor did not ask for liaison reports. Mayor Adams responded that he did not believe that these reports were formally set up as of yet and asked Council when they would like to have them. Mr. Schoomer suggested that they be held the first meeting of each month. Mr. Schoomer reported that on February 4th and 6th , the Arts and Letters Commission will be reviewing the design for the Student Sculpture project. The Mayor noted that, for the record, future liaison reports will be handled the first meeting of each month. CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING: BILL NO. 8410 - ADOPTING A NEW MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI AND REPEALING THE EXISTING CODE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE. The bill was given its second reading The bill was given its third reading. Mr. Schoomer moved adoption. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion.
