<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes - Plan Commission <br />Page 5 <br />April 24, 1991 <br /> <br />STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR CONDITIONAL USES AND SITE PLAN REVIEWS <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman called for comments on the April 19 memorandum from Zoning <br />Administrator, Sally Elwood, outlining proposed standard conditions for conditional use permits <br />and site plan reviews. It was the consensus of the members present that the following changes <br />should be made to the draft: <br /> <br />Restaurants. <br /> <br />Condition #3, change the word "dominant", which occurs in first and third line, to "significant". <br /> <br />Add Condition #7: Hours of operation. <br /> <br />Add Condition #8: Any container or facility for refuse shall be located behind the building on <br />the premises or otherwise away from public view as designated by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />Carry-out Restaurants and Drive-in Restaurants. <br /> <br />Change the first sentence of the third paragraph to read as follows: Carry-out restaurants and <br />drive-in restaurants are uses which require the approval, prior to the application for business <br />occupancy, of a conditional use permit by the City Council after review by the Plan <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Change condition #1 to read: Signs must be revised to conform in all respects with the <br />provisions of the University City Sign Code. <br /> <br />Add Condition #7: Hours of operation. <br /> <br />Add Condition #8, Outdoor lighting. <br /> <br />Add Condition #9: Any container or facility for refuse shall be located behind the building on <br />the premises or otherwise away from public view as designated by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />Child Day Care and Nursery School or Day Nursery. <br /> <br />Change the first sentence of the fifth condition to read: The number of staff members and <br />teachers shall be specifically limited by the parking provided. <br /> <br />Change the second sentence of the second paragraph to read ".. . are uses which require the <br />approval, prior to the application for business occupancy, of a conditional use permit by the City <br />Council after review by the Plan Commission. " <br />
