Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all times and the <br />operator shall regularly police the site and the neighborhood adjacent to the restaurant <br />to remove litter and debris. <br />5. Plans for exterior remodelling and color changes shall be submitted to the Director of <br />Planning for review and approval prior to occupancy. <br />6. The hours of operation are limited to after 9 a.m. each day and before 2 a.m. the <br />following morning. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Kahn and passed by a vote of 4 - 0, with Mr. Safe, Mr. <br />Kahn, Ms. Kreishman and Mr. Foxworth voting "aye." <br /> <br />Text Amendment of Zoning Code f34-90 dealing with the Family Definition and Zoning <br />Code f34-26.2 dealing with Occupancy by more than one family <br /> <br />Mr. Goldman reviewed a letter from Lynn Beckwith, Jr., School District Superintendent which <br />urged the Plan Commission to "carefully consider the pros and cons" of changing the definition <br />of family. <br /> <br />Mr. Goldman reviewed his January 20, 1994 memo that proposed a change in the family <br />definition combined with a change in Zoning Code ~34-26.2.
