Mr. Self moved that the Plan <br />Commission recommend approval of the revision to the Conditional Use Permit Amendment <br />with the plans reflecting 39 patient rooms and 50 parking spaces and the revision of condition #9 <br />as follows: <br />9.Occupancy of the expanded area of the nursing home shall be limited to no more than 72 <br />patients in direct correlation to the number of new parking spaces being provided by the <br />expansion. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Glassman and passed by a vote of 5 to 0, with all members <br />voting “aye” (Mr. Price was not present for the vote on this agenda item). <br />Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7805-07 Delmar, The Delmar Condominiums <br />Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Kent <br />and Michelle Evans for resubdivision of the two-family dwelling at 7805-07 Delmar into two <br />condominium units. <br />Mr. Evans, 7805 Delmar, 7805 Delmar, University City, MO 63130, gave an overview of the <br />project and asked that the proposed final plat be approved. <br />Mr. Walker gave the staff recommendation that the proposed final plat should be approved per <br />the October 20, 1999 Staff Memo. <br />Mr. Self moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat.
