Said landscaping <br />shall be maintained in accordance with the approved plan. <br />5.Setbacks shall be modified to 5' for the proposed building on the east side increasing to <br />12' on the west. <br />6.Site coverage shall be increased to 80%. <br />7.The hours of operation shall be limited to those between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Sunday <br />through Thursday and to those between 6 a.m. and 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday. <br />8.The use of exterior speakers for the gas pumps shall be prohibited. <br />9.Curb-cuts shall be approved by the proper state and/or county agencies. If there is a <br />substantial change in site design caused by those approvals, the applicant shall resubmit <br />the changes to the City Council. <br />10.Overnight outdoor parking or storage of vehicles is prohibited. <br />11.The canopy shall be constructed according to the approved plans submitted with this <br />application. <br />12.No tables and/or chairs for patron usage shall be permitted inside or outside the store. <br />Further, mechanical or electronic game machines or devices and/or table sports (including <br />pinball machines, electronic video games, virtual reality devices, table tennis, billiards) <br />and other similar games or sports shall not be permitted. <br />13.Lighting of all exterior areas, including all parking areas, shall comply with the <br />requirements of Section 34.93.7 of the Zoning Code, and shall be designed to be <br />compatible with surrounding areas, shall be shaded to direct light downward and away <br />from abutting uses. <br />14.Exterior telephones shall be prohibited.
