<br />Ms. Riganti then recommended approval of the revision to the Comprehensive Plan Update of2006 per staff
<br />recommendation. The motion was made by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. Miller to approve amendment 3 to
<br />the Comprehensive Plan Update of2005. The motion passed 5 to 1 with Mr. Smith, Mr. Miller, Mr. , Ms.
<br />Borg and Mr. Marentette voting "aye," and Mr. Byrne voting "nay."
