Following brief discussion, Councilman Mooney moved that the Council approve disposition of the items listed in agenda llo. 3. liotion was seconded by Councilman Adams and unanimously carried. A copy of the inventory is at- tached hereto and made a part of the record. In response to question by Coun- cilman Glickert, the City Haaager discussed the City's microfilm program. PUBLIC HEARING - GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS: As it was not yet 8:00 P.11., a public hearing scheduled for that time was de- ferred until later this evening. (See page 5) PERSONNEL REPORT: The Personnel Report as of the week ending December 18, 1976 was ordered re- ceived and filed. JJEEKLY POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT: The Police Department report for the week of December 12, 1976 to December 18, 1976 was received and ordered filed. Councilman Glickert observed that crime is still down in University City - 15% - and she asked that the record so reflect.
