Session 1149, Minutes <br />December 20, 1976 <br />Page 3 <br />a list of the inventory of records to be discarded, which are basically <br />Finance Department records which may be disposed of, and the date of de- <br />struction for these records is set for December 30, 1976. <br />Following brief discussion, Councilman Mooney moved that the Council approve <br />disposition of the items listed in agenda llo. 3. liotion was seconded by <br />Councilman Adams and unanimously carried. A copy of the inventory is at- <br />tached hereto and made a part of the record. In response to question by Coun- <br />cilman Glickert, the City Haaager discussed the City's microfilm program. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS: <br />As it was not yet 8:00 P.11., a public hearing scheduled for that time was de- <br />ferred until later this evening.
