BILLS FOR SECOND READING BILL NO. 7400 - FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOY- EES AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER MARCH 10, 1930, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5193. Bill No. 7400 was given its second reading. Bill No. 7400 was given its third reading. Councilman Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman Sabot seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmen Adams, Metcalfe, Kelley, Sabol, Glickert, Lieberman and Mayor Mooney. NAYS: None. Bill No. 7400 became Ordinance No. 5212. BILL NO. 7401 - AMENDING CHAPTER 21 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, AND ENACTING THEREIN A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21-174.2. CLOSED STREET LOCAT'IONS, BARRICADES, DURING DESIGNATED`HOURS." Bill No. 7401 was given its second reading. Bill No. 7401 was .given its third reading: Councilman Adams moved that this bill be adopted as an ordinance. Councilman Sabol seconded the motion. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL .SERVICES.,- - : t Bill No. 7402 was given its second .reading— Councilman Lieberman said he had not.received.an.answer to his question as to whether or not the unincorporated.areas.of the County are charged for mosquito control service, as the incorporated areas are. Mr. Ellman said the County does not do larviciding in unincorporated parts of.,the County, according to Mr. Mitchell of the St. Louis County Department.of Health.
