The premium cost of membership for such employees would be financed
entirely by the retirees, and there would be no financial consequence for the City
budget.
In answer to a question from Councilman Adams, Mr. Ellman said this would apply to
prospective retirees only.
Councilman Sabol moved approval of both provisions, as stated above. The motion was
seconded by Councilman Metcalfe and passed unanimously.
PERSONNEL REPORT
The Personnel report for the week ending December 15, 1979, was received and ordered
filed.
INVESTMENT OF CITY FUNDS
Investment of City funds made by the Director of Finance during the month of November.
1979, were reported.
POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT
The Police Department report for the week of December 2, 1979, through December 8,
1979, was received and ordered filed.
FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
The Fire Department report for the week of December 9, 1979, through December 15,
1979, was received and ordered filed.
TUNNEL UNDER MILLBROOK BETWEEN WESTPIORELATID AND PERSHING
Mrs. Jeanne C.
