Mr. Price urged everyone present to be sure and vote tomorrow, and to remind their neighbors to do so also. Mr. Srhoamer reminded the audience of the two University City issues on the ballot and encouraged all to vote for them. Other councilmembers agreed that these issues were extremely important to the City and its future. ADJOURNMENT TO ROOM 6 OF CITY HALL Instead of formally adjourning the meeting, Mayor Majenm asked the Council and those in the audience who were interested to move to Room 6 of City Hall for an informal discussion of several items. The first item had to do with a fundraising project sponsored by the Lion Gates Restoration Fund. Mayor Majerus said the Black Repertory Company would be performing in December at the Center of Contemporary Art, and would reduce ticket prices to the Fund somewhat if all tickets could be sold for one per- formance, on Thursday, December 8. She asked if Council felt this project was feasible. Mr. Schoomer suggested that there be two different price ranges, so that those who would like to contribute more could do so. He also thought there might be some religious reaction in the comnmity regarding the nature of the play, which is called "Black Nativity." Mr. 011endorff said it was en- tertainment and not a religious play; in addition, it would be the Lion Gates Fund that sponsored this event mid not the City. Mr. Adams agreed there should be two ticket prices, one regular and the other for sponsors. The - Council agreed to help with ticket distribution and seemed to feel that enough tickets could be sold so the Dion Gates Fund would make some money.
