<br />will be matched with the transferred additional revenue, grant income, as it is paid to <br />complete the grants, and money from the reserves. <br /> <br />To complete the renovation projects, the City will require an estimated $475,000 <br />during the current fiscal year. The City has reserved that total amount with two <br />types of reserves. There is a reserve for building maintenance of $183,756 and a <br />reserve for encumbrance of $291,244. <br /> <br />The money transferred from the unobligated reserves of the general fund will be <br />repaid during the current fiscal year with grant money due. <br />Mr. Wagner moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Price and passed with a majority <br />with a Nay vote from Ms. Ricci. <br /> <br />6.
