For approval purposes, City Staff
asked Mrs. Pierson to include all the properties on the block of Kingsland Avenue between
Kingsbury Avenue and Washington Avenue on the petition. The petition was signed by all
the properties on the block of Kingsland Avenue between Kingsbury Avenue and
Washington Avenue, except the Trinity Presbyterian Church.

To alleviate the concerns presented by the Church administrator, Mrs. Liz Nelson, Mrs.
Gutierrez proposed to include an amendment to the petition to provide two (2) visitor
parking tags to the Church, for two vehicles to be permitted to park in the restricted section
of the street when needed.

The Public Works Department recommends approval of the request to be implemented on
the west side of Kingsland Avenue between Kingsbury Blvd and the alley north of
Kingsbury Avenue, with the amendment of two (2) visitor parking spaces to be provided for
the Trinity Presbyterian Church located on the southwestern quadrant of Kingsland Ave.-
Washington Ave. intersection.

Commissioner Bondareff made a motion to approve the residential parking permit as
recommended by Public Works, including the two (2) visitor parking spaces to be provided
to the Trinity Presbyterian Church, seconded by Commissioner Brot and unanimously
approved.

3.
