E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. The minutes of the October 17, 2011, Joint University City/Olivette City Council <br />Work Session was moved for approval by Ms. Ricci, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. The minutes of the October 18, 2011, City Council Budget Study session minutes <br />was moved for approval by Ms. Ricci, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. The minutes of the October 24, 2011, Regular City Council session was moved for <br />approval by Mr. Crow, seconded by Ms. Ricci and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Price and Mr. Sharpe were excused from the meeting at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. Dianne Benjamin was nominated to the Green Practices by Mayor Welsch, was <br /> <br />seconded by Ms. Ricci and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Jeffrey Mishkin was nominated to the Green Practices by Mayor Welsch, was <br /> <br />seconded by Mr. Kraft and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Nancy Baglan was nominated to the Urban Forestry Commission by Mayor Welsch, <br />was seconded by Ms. Ricci and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />H. SWEARING IN <br />1. <br />Garrie Burr was sworn in to the Arts and Letters Commission. <br />2. <br />Christine Albinson was sworn in to the Board of Appeals <br />3. <br />Garry Aronberg was sworn in to the Board of Appeals <br />4. <br />Roger McFarland was sworn in to the Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />I. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (Total of 15 minutes allowed) <br />Paulette Carr, 7901 Gannon <br />Ms. Carr spoke of a Sunshine request she had made to the City Clerk and was told it <br />would cost $51.12. She said Ms. Watson had estimated the cost to her, thirteen months <br />previously, at $37.50. Ms. Carr said upon examining what she had received, she <br />noticed an error and several puzzling entries. She said the City is in violation of not <br />responding to her request for clarification. Ms. Carr asked that her statement and <br />appended emails be attached to tonight’s minutes. <br /> <br />J. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />K. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />L. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Walker distributed to the Council the City Manager’s Annual Report and noted that this is <br />the first time this report has been submitted to Council prior to the end of the year. <br /> <br />1. <br />Site Plan Review application for 8612 Olive Blvd to allow a non-profit organization to <br />reuse a commercial space for a resale and donation store. <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
