She said she, Mr. Kraft, and Mr. Price are <br />members of the School Board/City Council Joint Standing Committee. This is a <br />committee to meet three or four times a year to discuss issues of mutual concern. <br /> <br />M. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />BILLS <br />1. BILL 9040 – <br />was postponed indefinitely. <br /> <br />2. BILL 9141 <br /> - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 <br />thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop <br />intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections”, thereby amending said <br />section so as to delete all stop intersections in the alley between Bartmer & <br />Chamberlain and in the alley between Olive & Chamberlain; containing a savings <br />clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />Ayes: Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Welsch. <br />Nays: none <br /> <br />Bill 9141 carried unanimously and became Ordinance 6875. <br /> <br />3.
