He asked if the Mayor would speak out against this incivility and <br />publically reprimand Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Tom Sullivan, 751 Syracuse <br />Mr. Sullivan spoke in detail about all the street light outages around the City of University City. <br />He said that he never received a response that he was promised. Mr. Sullivan asked about <br />the cost of the Internal Audit, specifically the 18 pages of Journal Entries that were made even <br />before the Audit could begin, which consisted of almost 600 entries. Mr. Sullivan said that it <br />looked like it cost the City an additional $10,000. He noted that he had requested a copy of <br />the auditor’s contract, which he is waiting on to receive. The Mayor stated that he would <br />receive a reply. Mr. Sullivan inquired about the services of Crosby & Ormsby for the City’s <br />Prosecuting Attorney. He asked the City Manager to explain why this firm was recommended <br />when they have little experience. Mr. Sullivan inquired about a friendship between <br />Councilmember Ricci and Ms. Ormsby and said he did not receive a reply from either <br />Councilmember Ricci or Ms. Ormsby. <br /> <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />1. Conditional Use Permit for 6635 Delmar – Christa Osborne with Enigma Tattoos and Body <br />Piercing; tattoo parlor with associated piercing studio and retail sales in Core Commercial <br />District. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved to approve, was seconded by Mr. Glickert and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Liquor License of all kinds by the drink, including Sunday Sales for Nico Restaurant, 6525 <br />Delmar. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved to approve and was seconded by Mr. Glickert and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked who was responsible for listing social security numbers publicly <br />displayed, enclosed in their packets, along with names and home addresses. He said that <br />he hopes the City will issue an apology to everyone involved. It was noted that in the <br />future, this information will be redacted. <br /> <br />The Mayor said that they are in the process of revising the Liquor License request <br />procedures and asked the City Manager to provide an update for all members of Council <br />on what Mr. Crow referred to and how it will be handled in the future. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow said that this is not about change in procedures, but about not making social <br />security numbers public in the documents.
