Mr. i~a~ sec~ the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ asked that in future Council be provided with the budgeted fig- <br />ures for (km%s~t Calendar items; also, for solicitation permit requests, a <br />statement of the percentage of the funds to be solicited that will be used <br />for the charity in question and are not chargehie as overhead. <br /> <br />1995-96 CITY ~4DGET <br /> <br />The City Manager re~-,,,,~nded that Council adopt the 1995-96 City budget, in- <br />cluding the changes re~-ted by the Mayor and Council during the detailed <br />budget review in the past month. All existing programs will be maintained, <br />and the areas of police presence, recreation programs, and recycling will be <br />substantially improved. <br /> <br />Mrs. Thompson moved approval, with Mr. Sc/%(xaner seconding the motion. Mayor <br />Majerus said the City Manager and his staff have put together a good budget <br />that makes maximum use of the funds citizens pay as taxes. <br /> <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br /> <br />
