Acceptance of Frazier- <br />Davis COnstruction's lowbid of $21,812 was recommended. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomermoved adoption of the Consent Calendar. Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, which carriedunaniauusly. <br /> <br />1W3BLICHEARING- 1995-96CITY~ <br /> <br />The City Manager said a public hearing was scheduled at 7:30 p.m. this date <br />and place to allow citizens to ~ on the City's proposed budget for tb~ <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995. Another public hearing will be held on <br />May 22, 1995, ~ budget study meetings will be held on May 15, 17, and 24. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus opened the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. There were no requests <br />to speak.
