He also <br />did not feel parking would be a problem, as there is usually space behind tb~ <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus ask~d_ how much clear sidewalk would be between the tree pit and <br />colun~s if the ~eck was 10 feet. Ms. Curran said it would be about 15 feet. <br />Mr. Hodlman said putting a grating over the tree pit was discussed, and would <br />provide additional walking space. <br /> <br />Mr. Goldman said his greatest concern is parking; even with a 15 foot deck, <br />there would be close to 11 feet of clear sidewalk. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the site plan with a 15 foot deck. Mrs. Thomp- <br />son ~_ the motion. Ommci~ Thompson and Wagner voted Aye, and <br />(k~nc~ Schuman, Ad_~_ms, and Mayor Majerus voted Nay. The motion was <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman moved approval of the site plan with a 10 foot deck, including <br />all conditions.
