<br /> <br /> <br />2. <br />A contract renewal for Information Technology Services with Tech Electronic. <br />Mr. Kraft moved to approve the contract with Tech Electronics and was seconded by <br />Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert asked if it was a six month agreement. Mr. Walker said when the <br />contract was approved last year, it was for six months with an option for a one year <br />renewal. The six month contract allowed for a review to see how the IT outsourcing <br />performed. Mr. Walker said the contract being voted on was for one year. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr asked about the overtime for the placement employee. Mr. Jared Agee, <br />Interim IT Manager noted that there would not be any overtime of the placement <br />employee but would revert to the time and material clause at $68 per hour for any <br />additional service above the 40-hour placement employee. <br /> <br />The motion to approve the contract with Tech Electronics carried unanimously <br />. <br /> <br />3. <br />Charitable Solicitation Permit for Fund for the Public Interest Missouri Public Interest <br />Research Group (). <br />MOPIRG <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved to approve, was seconded by Ms. Carr and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />4. <br />Extension request for three Conditional Use Permits (C.U.P.) for 8390 Delmar Blvd. <br />for new retail establishment with drive-through facilities; new office building exceeding <br />the maximum allowable building height, and commercial development proposal with <br />80% site coverage. The requester was Kent Evans with Delmar, LLC. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved for approval, was seconded by Ms. Carr and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />L. COUNCIL REPORTS/BUSINESS <br />2. <br />Ms. Carr spoke as the Council liaison for the Human Rights Commission noting they <br />unanimously voted on two recommendations be given to the Council. The first was to <br />establish a diversity when Council appoints a resident to the Human Relations <br />Commission and the second was for the City and the School District to consider <br /> <br />Jewish holidays when planning events. <br /> <br />M. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />1. <br />BILL 9158 - An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />University City, relating to zoning, by amending Section 34-104.2.1 thereof, relating to <br />permitted signs; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr moved to approve Bill 9158 and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Ms. Carr, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert and Mayor Pro-Tem Sharpe <br />3 <br /> <br />
