<br />Mr. Glickert asked where the sign would be placed in relation to Delmar Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft said that as the liaison to the Park Commission, the issues regarding the <br />location of the signs was discussed in detail at the Park Commission meeting. He <br />stated that the idea was to get the signs as close to Delmar as possible. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert asked if the dying trees at the Chuck Berry statue were the City’s <br />responsibility and if the City would have to replace them. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft stated that the trees were also discussed at the Park Commission meeting. <br />He said they were planted mainly for the grand opening. Mr. Kraft’s understanding <br />was that the trees were guaranteed, so should be able to be replaced. <br /> <br />Mr. Price noted that within the packet documents, the incorrect logo was displayed. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft said it was from a design group and they were informed that that particular <br />logo as being incorrect. <br /> <br />Mr. Price advised the City Manager to make sure the right logo was used. <br /> <br />Ms. Carr asked Mr. Walker if they approved the request today would it also include <br />signing off on the incorrect logo. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker stated that the City Council would not be approving the incorrect logo. <br />He also stated that the staff would ensure that the correct logo would be included in <br />the signage package. <br /> <br />The motion to approve the Great Rivers Greenway Signage package carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Millar Park Master Plan. The staff recommended the approval of the Millar Park <br />Master Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved to approve the Millar Park Master Plan, was seconded by Mr. <br />Glickert and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Parking Lot No. 1 – Permeable Pavement System. The staff recommended approval <br />of the award for the Parking Lot No. 1 – Permeable Pavement System to Concrete <br />Design, Inc. for $203,853.59. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the award for the Parking Lot No. 1 – Permeable <br />Pavement System to Concrete Design, Inc. for $203,853.59 and was seconded by <br />Mr. Price. <br /> <br />Mr. Edward McCarthy, 7101 Princeton <br />Mr. McCarthy stated that he was against the Permeable Pavers because they are <br />too expensive.
