Session 1766 <br />October 4, 1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved the appointment of Ms. Merridith Frediani, 7057 Stanford, to the <br />Committee for Access and Local Origination Programming for a term ending September 9, <br />2002. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the appointment of Mr. Kevin Moloney, 7104 Delmar, to the Board of <br />Appeals for a term ending August 1, 2004. Mr. Lieberman seconded the motion, which <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams moved the appointment of Ms. Erin Shocklee, 6612 Waterman, to the Traffic <br />Commission for an unexpired term ending January 21, 2001. Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved the reappointments of Ms. Maggie Flanagan and Stephanie Brot to <br />CALOP for terms ending September 9, 2002 and (unexpired) September 9, 2000, <br />respectively. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Meine, the City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles DiLeo - Board of Adjustment <br />Mr. Joseph Denigan - Uniformed and Employee Retirement Pension Boards <br /> <br />Mayor Adams personally thanked both of these gentlemen for agreeing to serve on these <br />two important commissions. Citizen service really makes the City work and is one of the <br />great hallmarks of University City. <br /> <br />BOARDS AND COMMISSION LIAISON REPORTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner was not at the last Plan Commission meeting and did not have a report. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel reported that the Library Board changed their meeting date and he did not see <br />it in time and therefore, had no report. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt said that CALOP is preparing for the Academy Awards which will be held in <br />January. It will be after 5 attire. Everyone that submitted films will receive a letter stating <br />that they have been nominated.
