<br /> <br />Bill 9178 carried unanimously and became ordinance 6912. <br /> <br />Bill 9179 <br />2. – An ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a user agreement <br />with the St. Louis County Emergency Communications Commission (ECC) for <br />subscriber radios interoperable radio system. <br /> <br /> Bill 9179 was given its second and third reading. <br /> <br /> Mr. Glickert moved for approval and was seconded by Ms. Carr. <br /> <br /> Mr. Glickert asked for clarification with this bill regarding a section that had Maryland <br />Heights Police Department listed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker stated that it should have said the City of University City Police <br />Department.
