<br />Minor Subdivision / Final Plat 7531-7547 Olive Boulevard <br /> <br />The Chairperson stated that the next agenda item, file number 13-03642, was a Final Plat to <br />consolidate 7531 7547 Olive Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Kirchner stated they were requesting approval of a Final Plat to consolidate the two lots into <br />one parcel, resulting in one lot of approximately 1.6 acres; they would also record a new <br />easement for access to the telecommunication facilities and vacate the existing easement. <br /> <br />Staff Comments <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens stated that the relocation of the easement as shown on the plans was appropriate <br />and that the proposal complied with all Zoning and Subdivision regulations. He stated that the <br />application would go to City Council for final review and it would require readings at two <br />Council meetings. He stated that staff recommended approval of the Final Plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Senturia made a motion to approve the Final Plat. Ms. Greening seconded the motion. The <br />motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Chairperson asked if there were any public comments. <br /> <br />Margaret Johnson 7509 Gannon Avenue <br />Ms. Johnson addressed the Plan Commission and stated that she was the Chairperson for the <br />Commission to help move the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan forward and that it <br />needed to be in the Comprehensive Plan Update. She stated that she agreed the communication <br />issued should be worked out, but encouraged them to move forward with the Plan. <br /> <br />Melanie Ebberson 7556 Melrose Avenue <br />Ms. Ebberson addressed the Plan Commission and stated she was experiencing problems with <br />the bar behind her house and that there was litter and bottles and cans thrown in an area between <br />her property and the bar and it was now causing a rat problem. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated she would discuss the matter with her after the meeting and would send a <br />property maintenance inspector to the property. <br /> <br />There were no further public comments. <br /> <br />Reports <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Committee <br />Mr. Senturia stated that at the recent hearing for the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan at <br />the City Council meeting, it was sent back to Plan Commission with comments, one regarding <br />tm; šE  <br /> <br />
