The current restriction in section 10.44.020 will have to be amended to remove the 320 feet added to
the 10.44.010 section.

“…Delcrest Drive
: Western portion on the west side from a point one hundred twenty-three (123)
feet south of the south curb of Delmar to a point one hundred seventy-three (173) feet south of the
south curb of Delmar, from eight a.m. to five p.m. every day of the week except Sunday;...”

This parking restriction can be left as is. Section 10.44.040 - One-hour parking zones.
“…A. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles
is restricted to a period of one hour between six a.m. and six-thirty p.m. on any day within the
meaning of this title:
…Delmar Boulevard
: South side thereof, from a point seventy-five (75) feet east of the west
intersection of Delcrest Drive to a point one hundred ninety-five (195) feet eastwardly;...”

This parking restriction will have to be eliminated. Section 10.40.020 - Stopping, standing and parking prohibited in specified places -- Exceptions.
“It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in any of the following
places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions
of a police officer or traffic-controlled sign or signal:
A. AND, on the south side of Delmar Blvd
from the western curb line of Delcrest and Delmar intersection (western intersection) to a point 300
ft. westwardly.

Additional section regarding Traffic Signals that is subject to change:

E.
