This would he realloca~a to the Neig~33orhood S~hilizatic~ Pro- <br />gram ($35,500) and Olive North Revitalization Projects ($34,000), as shown on <br /> <br />Mrs. Janice Isbell, 6849 Rc~erts, said her block unit has been working for <br />several years to eliminate crime among teenagers in this area. Working with <br />the U. City Sports Asscciatic~, they are requesting fu~a~ng for two <br />$11,400.35 for an after-sdlool tutorir~ program to serve 75 youn~ers during <br />the school year, and $15,733.31 for a pro~n called ~zzu (Students Educating <br />Each Other AEjainst Drugs). She a~cribed how the proax~m~ would work, adding <br />it was inF_rative to reach children before gangs and drugs do. <br /> <br /> <br />
