<br />be to the form of ownership, converting from a two-family dwelling to two condominium units <br />and the subdivision process was required to accomplish this. <br /> <br />Mr. Tony Wurm with James Surveying Company was present on behalf of the property owner to <br />answer any questions. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from Plan Commission members and responses included: <br /> <br /> <br />-A question was asked about management of the property. Mr. Wurm stated there would <br />be a condo association. <br /> <br /> <br />-Commission members asked if this was the first property in this area to be converted to <br />condominiums. Mr. Wurm stated there were other 2 and 4-family condos along Delmar. <br /> <br /> <br />-Commission members asked if the proposal resulted in any changes to the parking <br />requirements. Mr. Greatens stated it did not. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens stated that staff recommended approval of the Final Plat to convert the existing <br />two-family dwelling into two condominiums. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Locke to approve the Final Plat. The motion was seconded by Ms. <br />Greening and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Reports <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Committee Report <br />Mr. Lai provided an update on the Comprehensive Plan Committee. He stated they met a few <br />weeks ago to discuss the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plant and that the Public Meeting <br />was held last night, August 27, and that Mr. Senturia facilitated the meeting. Mr. Lai stated that <br />Committee members had discussed how to broaden the public engagement process for last <br />Request for Proposals for the Comprehensive Plan Update had been prepared and sent out to <br />consultants. <br /> <br />Regarding the Public Meeting on August 27, Mr. Lai stated that it was attended by about 70 to <br />80 people. <br /> <br />Ms. Locke stated that the next step was for staff to summarize the Public Meeting and send the <br />summary to the CPC members for their next meeting to decide whether or not the comments <br />addressed the motion from City Council pertaining to the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Senturia added that the Public Meeting provided an opportunity to hear all questions from <br />concerned residents. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Report Mayor Welsch <br />tm; E <br /> <br /> <br />
