IN BLOCK 4 OF DELMAR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS. The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill no. 8447. 2. A bill was introduced by Ms. Colquitt, entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.36.170 THEREOF, RELATING TO CLOSED STREET INTERSECTIONS-BARRICADES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.36.170 CLOSED STREET INTERSECTIONS-BARRICADES," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO ADD TO THE LIST OF CLOSED STREET INTERSECTIONS BOYNTON AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. Mayor Adams stated that a number of the audience wished to speak on the next bill and he believes that there maybe a sentiment on the Council to table this. 8
