Session 1774 <br />February 7, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Telio also reported that there are three dumpsters in the alleyway behind 730 <br />Interdrive and from his observance seems to always be overflowing with trash. He would <br />like the City to look into it. <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS: <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8452 - AMENDING CHAPTER 6.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO DOGS, BY REPEALING SECTION 6.08.110 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO PIT BULL DOGS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 6.08.110 PIT BULL DOGS," <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO REQUIRE THE REPORTING <br />OF INJURIES AND DEATHS CAUSED BY PIT BULL DOGS, AND INCREASE <br />THE LIABILITY INSURANCE AMOUNT AND PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATIONS <br />OF SAID SECTION; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquirt moved adoption. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Colquirt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. <br />Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill Number 8447 passed and became ordinance <br />number 6229. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY BILL: <br /> <br />A bill was introduced jointly by Misters Lieberman and Wagner, entitled: <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8453 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING GENERALLY, BY <br />REPEALING SECTION 10.40.030 THEREOF, RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL <br />PARKING PERMIT PLAN, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 10.40.030, <br />"RESIDENTIAL PARKING PLAN," TO AMEND THE SECTION TO AUTHORIZE <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREAS ON <br />RESIDENTIAL STREETS ADJACENT TO WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY UNDER <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; CONTAINING SAVING AND EMERGENCY CLAUSES <br />AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
