He stated that maintenance of landscaping was addressed in the <br />underlying Zoning and a condition in the staff report. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated that the final landscape plan must be approved by the City Forester <br />in conjunction with the Department of Community Development and staff would <br />work with the applicant and neighbors to provide appropriate screening. <br /> <br />Mr. Lai stated that copies of the staff report were available which included all <br />conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> <br />-A question was asked about who devised and developed the construction traffic <br />control and parking plans and ensured that they were followed and if there was a <br />process in place to respond to residents who had concerns; and if there had been any <br />retaining wall to aid in screening. The motion was seconded by Ms. <br />Williams and carried unanimously.
