<br />should provide a weekly update of construction happenings to the surrounding <br />property owners. Signage on Barby Lane must be addressed by the Traffic <br />Commission. He stated that maintenance of landscaping was addressed in the <br />underlying Zoning and a condition in the staff report. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated that the final landscape plan must be approved by the City Forester <br />in conjunction with the Department of Community Development and staff would <br />work with the applicant and neighbors to provide appropriate screening. <br /> <br />Mr. Lai stated that copies of the staff report were available which included all <br />conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> <br />-A question was asked about who devised and developed the construction traffic <br />control and parking plans and ensured that they were followed and if there was a <br />process in place to respond to residents who had concerns; and if there had been any <br />retaining wall to aid in screening. Ms. Riganti stated that construction traffic control <br />plans were submitted to staff by the applicant where it could be refined appropriately. <br />Regarding landscaping, she stated that in the past, landscaping had been planted in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />-Mr. Ruben stated for the record that, as a professional cellist, he had performed at the <br />Gatesworth in the past and received approximately $400 for compensation. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Salamon to approve the Amended Conditional Use Permit <br />with the conditions in Attachment B of the staff report. The motion was seconded by Ms. <br />Williams and carried unanimously.
