Systems Development has satisfactorily provided <br /> the City with programs for several years, and their familiarity means that the <br /> data conversion will be accomplished with the least delay and expense. <br /> Site Plan - 6331 r- . Boulevard (#2) . Approval was recommended of a site <br /> plan for a retail copy center at 6331 Delmar. The business clearly complies <br /> with requirements for a retail-commercial district zoning. <br /> Bid for Purchase of Scott Air PacUpgrade (#3) . <br /> Approval was recommended of a <br /> bid of $6,842.20 from Orr Safety Equipment (the Scott area representative) to <br /> upgrade 20 Scott Air Pacs for the Fire Department. The bid includes parts, <br /> labor, assembly, testing, and shipping charges to and from Louisville, KY. <br /> Consideration of Bids for Asphalt Street Repairs (#4) . Bids on asphalt street <br /> repairs and street overlay projects in the Delmar Loop (to be funded from Gen- <br /> eral Revenue and Community Development) were received as follows: <br /> Southard Construction Co. , Inc. $49,968.15 <br /> N. B. West Contracting Co. 51,060.50 <br /> Thoma Paving Co., Inc. 52,163.39 <br /> Pace Construction Co., Inc. 53,672.80 <br /> R & E Asphalt Service, Inc. 54,835.37 <br /> County Asphalt Paving Co. 67,412.32 <br /> Engineer's estimate 54,300.00 <br /> Acceptance of the law bid of $49,968.15 from Southard Construction Co., Inc. <br /> was recommended. <br /> Consideration of Bids for Concrete Pavement Repairs in Delmar Loop (#5) .
