Bill No. 7976 became Ordinance No. 5767. t BILL NO. 7977 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING, BY RE- PEALING SUBSECTION 34-52.5(d) RELATING TO BULK REGULATIONS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS 34-52.5(d) AND 34-52.5(e) . A bill was introduced by Cauncilmember Schuman, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL COM OF THE CITY OF UNIVER- SITY CITY RELATING TO ZONING BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 34-52.5(d) THEREOF, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5726 ENACTAED JANUARY 8, 1990, RELATING TO BULK REGO- LATIONS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION 34-52.5(d) AND A NEW SUBSECTION 34-52.5(e) ; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY."
