Approval was recommended for the <br /> 1990 City Council meeting schedule, as follows: <br /> January 7, 21 July 8, 29 <br /> February 4, 25 August 19 <br /> March 11 September 16 <br /> April 1, 15 (budget presentation) October 7, 21 <br /> May 6, 20 (budget public hearing) <br /> 13, 15*, 22* (budget studies) November 4, 18 <br /> June 3, 17 December 9 <br /> *Wednesdays, all others on Mondays <br /> Setting Public Hearing Date - 6808-16 Washington Avenue (#3) . October 1, 1990 <br /> was recommended as the date and time for a public hearing on the proposed re- <br /> zoning of 6808 and 6816 Washington from "HR" High Density Residential to "PA" <br /> Public Activity district. The Plan Commission recommended the rezoning in or- <br /> der to better accomodate the approved conditional uses for these properties. <br /> Conditional Use Permit Extension - 8202 Delmar (#4) . Mr. 011endorff said this <br /> item was removed from the Consent Calendar in order to permit discussion and a <br /> change in the recommendation. <br /> Bids for Ice Control Salt (#5) . Bids were received for the supply, unloading, <br /> and hauling of snow and ice control salt to University City and 27 other com- <br /> munities as part of a cooperative salt purchase program, as follows: <br /> Minority/Female Supplier Price per Ton <br /> Initial Subsequent <br /> --- Domtar Industries, Inc. $18.00 $18.00 <br /> 48.0% Gunther Salt Company 19.50 19.50 <br /> 43.2% Akzo Salt, Inc. 19.78 19.78 <br /> 20.0% Independent Salt Co.
